How do I download the file?
In order to download the file, you will need to visit the download page of our website. From there click the hyperlink "download" next to the product that you have purchased or is available for you to download. You will then be asked to agree to the terms and conditions. You must agree to the terms and conditions of the software agreement in order to download any of our files. You will see the following screen:

After a few seconds, the file download dialog box should appear:

Click Open and the file should download and then the installation should begin. You may also click Save to save the installation for later use. If you are experiencing difficulties with the installation, please read the FAQ on 'How do I install the software?'

How do I install the software?
Once you click Open from the file download dialog box or double click on the .msi installation file, you should see the installation dialog box:

Once this begins, follow the prompts and it should place an icon of REPAT on your desktop.

What is the .NET Framework?
The Microsoft .NET framework is a framework for software that is developed by Microsoft. Typically in the past, software ran directly off of your operating system. Now, the framework runs on your operating system and and software runs on the framework. The .NET framework should not cause any harm to your computer. We specifically run on the .NET framework v1.1.

On the Microsoft Windows Update site you should see the .NET framework as one of the recommended download. You can also download the .NET framework directly from Microsoft:

Does the property analysis tool run under Apple/Macintosh computers?
Currently becuase the Microsoft .NET Framework is only supported on Windows operating systems, our software will only run on platforms with the .NET Framework. In the future we may see the .NET framework running on Linux, Mac, etc.. Until then it will run on Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT, and Windows 2003 running the .NET Framework v1.1

How many computers can I install this on?
Currently if you the software, you are allowed to install our software on up to 3 of your own personal computers. For most users that would cover a home computer, a laptop, and a business computer. If you would like to install the software on any additional computers, please contact us.

When is the next release of the software?
Typically our release cycles are every 3-6 months. So within a 3-6 month timeframe you should see new product announcements on our website. If the release falls within your 1 year of purchasing a previous version, the upgrade is FREE.

What operating systems(s) can I install this on?
Currently becuase the Microsoft .NET Framework is only supported on Windows operating systems, our software will only run on platforms with the .NET Framework v1.1. In the future we may see the .NET framework running on Linux, Mac, etc.. Until then it will run on Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT, and Windows 2003 running the .NET Framework v1.1. We need a minimum of 64Mb of RAM (suggested 256Mb of RAM), 2MB of hard disk space, and .NET Framework v1.1 installed.
